I don't have the horsepower to run it well. I stumbled on this thread thanks to Holger. Some of the Summer mountain colors that Scenery Tech's lclookup file creates is a little to orangie for my taste, so I use Scenery Tech's Landclass with Fsx's original lclookup file. Each Add-on Component specifies the category of the component, the path to where its located, and other information. Surely a better solution is to live within the limits of the sim and have everything working together as one. I'll test this over the next few days, and see if I have any problems. So, I would like to be sure that this version reaches a consensus among scenery authors before delivering it to a wider audience.

Rather than reloading FSX scenery lclookup.btl hundreds of times in order to take comparative screenshots, I encourage everyone to try it for their region and see what is improved or notthen take a look at the Excel document to see the details of what's been changed.

I get to start over with a fresh OS install, cause I believe my backup to be corrupt too I am still working on improving that. In my testing the main one I have found is that there is a missing texture.

Could you maybe show a before and after shot so we can better see what's going on? Each time we run FTX Central v3? I usally do that in the command prompt program to get the right extention.
